A 12-year-old boy was killed and at least fifty two human beings have been injured after a fire broke out at a Durga Puja pandal in Aurai town of Bhadohi district, late on Sunday night time.

The deceased had been diagnosed as Ankush Soni (12), Jaya Devi (forty five), Naveen (10), Aarti Chaubey (48) and Harshvardhan.
A total of 67 human beings had been injured in the incident of which the situation of 3 is said to be important.
Bhadohi district magistrate Gaurang Rathi said prima facie, a quick circuit seemed to be reason of the fireplace.
The incident befell in a pandal close to Aurai Police station.
“An incident occurred at the time of ‘aarti’ (prayers), which changed into the peak time. There have been round 150 human beings in the pandal.
